Harmail Singh is the current Engineer-in-Chief of Haryana Irrigation Department since November 2009. Haryana has one of India's largest networks of Canals which act as the lifeline of the state and have made the state prosperous. He is a graduate of Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh. He presides over as the Chairman of Drainage Planning Commission of the NCR Region. He also is a member of various Chambers - Member of HARYANA LAND RECLAMATION & DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION LTD.. Career Mr. Harmail Singh started his career in 1972 as a assistant executive engineer in Haryana Irrigation Deptt. He worked on several projects in the state before being elevated as the Chief Engineer in 2008. Awards and Recognition Mr. Harmail Singh is a fellow of the Institution of Engineers. |
