Hannah Ford

Hannah Ford (June 29, 1990) is an American drummer widely known for her drum clinics - both live as well as online. While in her early 20s she was spotted by Minneapolis superstar Prince and invited to play in his band, The 3rd Eye Girl, also counting Canadian guitarist Donna Grantis and Danish bass player Ida Kristine Nielsen.
In 2006 she was the first female artist ever to win the Louie Bellson Heritage Days Drum Competition. After graduating high school (2008), Hannah accepted a scholarship to attend the Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University.
In 2011 Ford married American singer Joshua Welton of the Ohio based Fatty Koo and changed civil name to Hannah Welton.
