Hajizadeh Elshan Mahmud

Hajizadeh Elshan Mahmud is an Azeri Doctor of economics. Professor. Was born in 1961 year in the city of Siazan town of the Azerbaijan Republic. He is the author of 132 proceedings (190,1 p.sh.), including 7 monographs, 2 educational programs, 5 methodical grants, about 20 articles on various social themes. With more than 20 scientific articles made report at the international conferences in foreign countries and they were accordingly printed in various scientific editions in these countries.
In 1982 graduated from the account-economic faculty of the Azerbaijan Economic Institute named after D. Bunyadzadeh. He is a teacher of University «Tefekkur» and professor of the «Center of Preparation of Masters» in the Azerbaijan State Economic University. He is married, and has three children.
Labour activity
In 1982-1997 worked in the posts of auditor-bookkeeper, chief accountant and economist in the Fuel and energy Complex of Azerbaijan (The State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR), Oil and gas extraction company «Azizbekovneft» (G.Z.Taghieva), Oil and gas extracting Industrial Association in Land, Joint-Stock Company «Azerigaz»).
In 1997-2006 worked in various posts on appoimntment and to a choice in the field of the Science and Education (The union of Economists of Azerbaijan - the expert, the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS), Institute of Economy. Sector of structural changes - the manager, the Azerbaijan State Economic University (ASEU): «Social and economic research laboratory» - a chief, the Center «Scientific researches and consulting on problems of development of regions of Azerbaijan» - chief, the Center of Training of Masters - the deputy chief)
Since 2006 works in the post of Main adviser at the department of the Industry and Power Engineernig in the Maclinery of the Cabinet Ministery of Azerbaijan.
Scientific degree
In 1998 defended the masters thesis on the theme «Economic reforms and problems of their perfection in oil and gas extracting industry on land» [Speciality: 08.00.05 - Economy, planning and organization of management of a the national economy and his branches (industry)] and has received the degree of the candidate of economics.
In 2005 defended the thesis for doctors degree on the theme «Problems of increase of oil recovery and gas on land of Azerbaijan» [Speciality: 08.00.05 - Economy and management of the national economy (economy, the organization and management of complexes, branches and enterprises)] and has received the degree of the doctor of economics.
