Guru Mann born on 26 August 1981 in a Punjabi Sikh family in India is a Fitness Entrepreneur, Fitness Trainer, Fitness Model, Dietitian and actor. His debut film is Pagalpan Next Level. He also acted as the lead character in the film Dream Big. Career Guru Mann did an Indian tour to create awareness among youth regarding fitness. He pointed out that Intermittent fasting is not a long-term solution for weight loss Salman Khan is his fitness inspiration He is based in California and through social media platforms like YouTube and Instagram he teaches people about fitness, diet etc. He started working on 'Mission India Fit' Guru Mann Providing ‘drug-free’ training to fitness models and athletes to build strength with nutrition from more than 19 years and he always raised his voice against torturing body during weight loss journey. Guru Mann also owns a sports nutrition company called GM Nutrition, based in California Guru Mann also collaborated with T-series to teach fitness via YouTube Films *Pagalpan Next Level *Dream Big Pagalpan Next Level is his own biopic where he played himself in the film. Pagalpan Next Level shows Guru Mann's fitness journey and his dream to make India fit though his "Mission Fit India" mission. The film has a unique connection with Akshay Kumar Education Guru Mann pursued his education in Health and Fitness through the International Sports Sciences Association, earning credentials as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Certified Sports Nutritionist. He furthered his studies in Health and Wellness at the American Sports and Fitness Association, where he became a Certified Advanced Fitness Trainer and Certified Nutrition Consultant. Additionally, he obtained a Fitness Trainer Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and qualified as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist. Guru Mann is also an ACE-certified trainer. In 2011, he enrolled at California State University, East Bay, to pursue a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Kinesiology/Biomechanics. Personal life Guru Mann is married to Harman Mann and have a daughter, Zia Mann. Guru Mann was living in El Dorado Hills, California but later on he moved to San Francisco.
