Alam is best known as the founder of AgroBaazaar, Bangladesh's largest e-commerce-based farm, which integrates technology with agriculture to connect farmers directly to consumers. His ventures span multiple sectors, including IT, retail, hospitality, and agriculture. In recognition of his work in business and social impact, Alam received the Global Achiever Award for contributions to agro-entrepreneurship and social welfare.
Early life
Kazi Rafiqul Alam began his career as a sportsman, representing Bangladesh in cricket and participating in the Dana Cup international football tournament. He also captained his school football team.
