Glenn Chivers

Glenn Chivers (born 9 April 1989)is an Australian rules rookie in the AFL formally with St Kilda Football Club. Glenn has since been delisted by St.KFC, it has been undetermined whether he will continue with another AFL team.Chivers wore the no.41 guernsey.

Early career
Recruited from Oakleigh Chargers, he attended St Kevins Highschool in Melbourne, VIC. He was in the school rowing team , he then decided to concentrate more on his footy and he played five games for Oakleigh late in the 2007 TAC Cup season, spending his time mainly across half-back and through the midfield. He was very much an inside player, winning 63% of his possessions in a contest and averaging five tackles per game.
Hes a developing medium defender who also has the ability to play onball. Good aerobic capacity highlighted by a 14.3 beep test at the NAB AFL state screening session. Competitive player who has an ability to win the ball in a contested situation. In the 2007 national rookie draft, he was picked up by St Kilda FC.
