Girl Drama is a slang term used to describe it when girls obsess over things that will be forgotten in a couple weeks. It also refers to when young women blow small things out of proportion, go to emotional excess, are "all about themselves," and generally require "high maintenance" in a relationship.
Girl drama usually involves gossip, teasing, forming cliques, "the silent treatment", note-passing, glaring, ganging up, "fashion police", and being nice in private/mean in public. It can also sometimes turn into fist fighting and bullying.
