George Gause (born June 20, 1982 in Conway, South Carolina) is an American football Defensive end who is currently a free agent. He was originally signed by the Buffalo Bills as an undrafted free agent in 2005. He played college football at South Carolina, and played for one season for the Cologne Centurions in the NFL Europa league.
