Genevieve volk

Genevieve Claire Volk was born in Brisbane, Australia in 1979 and moved to Adelaide in 1983 with her father's job. After spending 6 years as part of the Adelaide lifestyle she again moved to California for a year. After returning to Australia and completing a degree in International Business she moved to Japan to teach English and returned to work in Japan Australia trade marketing in Sydney, Australia and later a British music company in Tokyo, Japan and the APRA.
In 2003 Genevieve began her own company Volkanic Enterprises, overseeing businesses Glass Ceiling Management on capital investment projects including Australian retailer GPO Melbourne Pty Ltd, with labels Yohji Yamamoto, Muji and A Bathing Ape, Commes des Garcons and Australian film production company Prodigy Films Pty Ltd with brands including M&M's Japan, Ivy League Music, premium bottled water company Muroto Deep Sea Water, as well as her own quickly failed fashion label 'Curiosity Killed the Kat'.
In 2006 she closed Volkanic and restarted business under her own name Genevieve Claire Volk working with clients individually for legal cases and medical researchers, artists and has represented companies including CGU and has produced copy for brands including Toyota and SKII.
Genevieve is now producing her own music under the moniker of Bubschmaple and still aspires to produce a line of mass produced everyday wear eco-friendly clothing.
