Gary Streiner

Gary R. Streiner (born June 12, 1946, Pittsburgh, PA) is an American
actor, producer and Businessman. Streiner is the younger brother of
actor and film producer Russell Streiner.
Career
Streiner grew up in Pittsburgh, PA and graduated from North Hills High
School in 1965. Following graduation, Streiner worked along side his older brother at the fledgling Latent Image production company and worked directly with George A. Romero and John Russo. Streiner worked as a sound engineer, and in a small role as a posse member, in the classic 1968 horror film Night of The Living Dead. Streiner went on to co-produce Romero's 1972 film Season of The Witch. Following this, Streiner spent a number of years as a producer of films and television commercials including the 2002 Jerry Seinfeld film 'Comedian'. In 2007, Streiner co-produced the teaser trailer for the Dreamworks animated film Bee Movie.

Other Works
Streiner is the founder and organizer of the annual 'Living Dead Fest' held in Evans City, PA, a gathering of 'Night of The Living Dead' fans, cast members and musicians held on Labor Day Weekend. In addition to supporting charities such as, 'Scares That Care', Streiner has spearheaded an effort to rebuild and renovate the chapel at the Evans City Cemetery, which was featured prominently in the original 'Night of The Living Dead.
