</noinclude> About the Mall Gaisano Central Mall Tacloban is the second shopping mall after Gaisano Capital Mall in Tacloban City operated by Heva Management Group, who is responsible for operating malls under the name Gaisano Capital. This was constructed in 2008. This is popularly known as Tacloban's first upscale mall complete with different amenities like a supermarket, a department store, restaurants and boutiques. The mall is located at Justice Romualdez St., Tacloban City, Leyte, Philippines. History Due to Gaisano Capital Mall's limited capacity and lack of space for expansion, Heva Management Group decided to build another mall in Tacloban City in order serve the city's growing demand for shopping. After few months of construction, the mall had its soft opening on November 28, 2008.
