Gabor Anosi

Gabor Anosi (20. July 1983) is a hungarian ballet dancer and ballet master, presently he is a member of the Hungarian Festival Ballet. Was born in Budapest, he's mother is a pedagogue, he's father is an folklore dancer. He's first ballet steps was taken at age four under the lead of Henriette Mednyánszky. Further on he became a student of the Hungarian Dance Academy (1993).
He is a typical "character dancer" with extremly high jumps, excellent pirouette technique and high quality acting ability.
Education
Full time student at the Hungarian Dance Academy 1993-2002, where he was teached by József Forgách, Imre Dózsa, Tibor Kováts.
He's talent was obvious from his youth, he won he's first competiton at age fourteen in St. Pölten (1998).
During the years of the academy he worked with the following masters and choreographers:
Ferenc Havas, Zsuzsa Kun, Gábor Keveházi, Iván Markó, László Seregi, Maurice Béjart, Jean-Charles Gil,Jorma Uotinen, Krystof Pastor.
He signed he's first contract to Deutsche Oper am Rhein/ Düsseldorf already before he danced the famous Tarantella pas de deux from George Balanchine on he's final examination.
