G.V. Sreekumar is an associate professor at the Industrial Design Centre (IDC) at Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (IIT Bombay) Bombay, India. He specialises in Magazine Design, Information Graphics and Font Design. He has designed many magazines in India including CHIP, Digit, Network Computing, Computer Reseller News, Gentleman, Society, Savvy, CTO forum, Overdrive, Kanyaka (Malayalam), Chandamama etc. he has published information graphics in newspapers like Times of India, The Independent, The metropolis on Saturday, Femina etc. Education Sreekumar has studied at Faculty of Fine arts at M.S. University, Baroda and Industrial Design Centre (IDC), IIT Bombay. Career Sreekumar teaches Typography, Information Graphics, Representational Techniques and Anatomy to design students. He is a member of Jury at the National Institute of Fashion Design (NIFT) Bombay, Symbiosis Institute of Design (SID) at Pune and M.S. University, Baroda. |
