Friends of the Lower Field River

In 2006 the Friends of the Lower Field River [http://www.amlrnrm.sa.gov.au/CommunityEnviroGroups/EnviroGroupsSouthernArea/tabid/701/Default.aspx#lower] , a land care group was established by Hallett Cove residents to improve and rehabilitate the condition and amenity of the lower Field River & associated environs. This area includes Cormorant Reserve, the river's estuary at Hallett Cove Beach and nearby sand dunes. Friends of the Lower Field River believes that all of the community should be seen as guardians of this area's exceptional natural beauty and are keen to pass onto future generations something they can all feel proud of. |
