Frank E. Bovalino is the Democratic candidate for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in the 15th district, Beaver County, Pennsylvania. Background Bovalino is the son of a steelworker. He attended Beaver Area High School and Geneva College, graduating with a degree in human resource management. He is a steamfitter and a member of the local Plumber and Steamfitters Local Union as well as a member of the Beaver-Lawrence County Central Labor Council. He has served on the Beaver Area School Board and served as director of the Beaver Valley Intermediate Unit. He is also active in his church, and is married to Barb Ross Bovalino. They have been married for 26 years, and have four children. |
