Franck Nazikian is an entrepreneur and an investor. He is the founder & president of CHINICT - the largest conference on China tech innovation & entrepreneurship - he has been running since 2005. Career Prior to CHINICT, jointly with Renaud Laplanche, Franck co-founded TripleHop Technologies, headquartered in NYC, acquired by Oracle Corporation. Before TripleHop Technologies, based in Silicon Valley, Franck served as a managing director at Gemplus International, making venture capital investments in tech companies. Prior to Gemplus International, Franck occupied sales & business development positions in the smart card industry in Europe, Latin America and the US. Other activities Franck is also involved in different charity organizations aimed at providing equal opportunities to teenagers - including the United Nations' World Food Programme. As a hobby, Franck is a wine lover and the owner of Lu di Franco winery. Franck has lived and worked in several locations (including Silicon Valley, France, Brazil, Mexico and China), speaks fluently five languages, and holds a Msc. in telecom from INT Management (France) and a BA in business from the Paris Dauphine University.
