Fortesa Hoti (born 6 May 1991 in Köniz, Switzerland) is a Swiss singer of Kosovar-Albanian descent. Biography Fortesa is the eldest of four siblings. She has two sisters and a brother. She finished her elementary school in Köniz and the Music-High-School in Pristina. She studies Musicology and singing at the University of Vienna. Her parents discovered her musical talent in a very young age. She started her music career in 1993. She is known for her songs, Akull and Me sytë mbyllur.
