Flok is a customer experience platform and loyalty program serving over 100,000 brick-and-mortar businesses in the U.S. and Canada. The company is based in New York City with offices in Tel Aviv. Founded in 2011 as LoyalBlocks by Ido Gaver and Eran Kirshenboim, flok has raised $18MM from investors including General Catalyst (Snapchat, Airbnb) and Gemini Israel Ventures. Platform flok's platform enables real time business-to-consumer (B2C) chat, AI/automated chat, digital loyalty cards and bluetooth low energy beacon proximity marketing tools. Pricing ranges from $16.58 per month at the baseline to $66.58 per month for Pro features. On June 7, 2016, flok introduced its first merchant-facing app, "flok for Business," which introduced new features including the traffic map messaging tool. |
