RobApps

RobApps LLC. or RobApps is an iPhone development company founded in 2010 by two college students. Over time, RobApps has come to offer additional services other than the iPhone applications they were selling, such as RobApps Math Tutor. The company is best known for its iPhone application Text Lingo for the iPhone.
Company History
In the summer of 2010, two college students from University of Central Florida and from Johns Hopkins University - Kenneth and Robert Eisinger, respectively - began making arrangements and plans for what RobApps would become. Agreeing that convience is vital to any iPhone application, RobApps began drafting versions of its first iPhone Application, Text Lingo.
In October 2010, Text Lingo was approved by the Apple's App Store for the iPhone, and took off as an instant hit. RobApps gained popularity and quickly grew.
Text Lingo
According to the RobApps Website, Text Lingo allows for the following:
"With Text Lingo, you can expect to look cool, hip, or all around smart. Text Lingo will not only allow you to “look” like you know every single texting acronym in the world, but over time, you will advance and begin to learn more and more of the texting acronyms so that you will be able to use some on your own."

Fast Food Facts
According to the application description in the app store:
Fast Food Facts is an iOS application that randomly generates facts about the fast food industry. Promising to educate you with facts and the ability to surprise the people around you with what you learned. This application first appeared in the app store in February, 2011 and is rated 9+. As of 2/19/2011, the application is free.

Math Tutor
According to the RobApps Website, Math Tutor allows for the following:
"Submit any math question and receive a response within 24 hours, guaranteed, for free!"
In summary, Math Tutor is a free web-tool with the following features:
* It answers math questions for free
* Real time based chat client for one-on-one tutoring sessions
* Common Math Topic (i.e. Integration By Parts, Basic Algebra, etc) directories for quick answers
In September 2010, The RobApps team recognized the need for a dynamic web-tool that could solve user generated mathematical questions; hence, MathTutor was born. Remarkably, with such a thriving business model in the market, MathTutor remains an entirely free service. "
