Flo2cash is a global payment technology provider headquartered in Auckland, New Zealand. It was founded in 2003 by Jarnail Singh Gill and was formerly known as PayNZ. The company operates as a payment processor for online vendors, auction sites and other commercial users.
The firm started by offering financial services, adding bill payment and online payments, with products similar to businesses such as Paypal, Amazon Payments, Google Wallet.

Payments bank
Flo2cash has received a license from ANZ Bank New Zealand, ASB Bank,Australia and New Zealand Banking Group for starting one of New Zealand's first payments bank.
The bank intends to use Flo2cash’s existing user base for offering new services, including debit cards, savings accounts, online banking and transfers, to enable a cashless economy.
