Flamur Vehapi

Flamur Vehapi is a writer, researcher and a poet from Kosova where he was born and later exiled by the Serbian regime in the late 1990s. After moving to the United States, he received his associate's degree from Rogue Community College in Oregon, and his bachelor's in psychology from Southern Oregon University, with a minor in history. In 2013, Flamur received his master's from Portland State University in conflict resolution.
So far, Flamur has taught at the following institutions:
Rogue Community College (Social Sciences Dept.)
Southern Oregon University (Sociology Dept.)
Portland Community College (Counseling Dept.)
and recently he has been teaching in the Middle East (Language Dept.)
His books thus far include Sfidat Jetike (The Challenges of Life) published in 2002 in Albanian, and The Alchemy of Mind published in 2008 and 2016 in English, both of which are in poetry. His most recent works are Peace and Conflict Resolution in Islam, and A Cup with Rumi.
