Five Four
Five Four is a modern menswear brand that is currently available worldwide in over 1000 retailers spanning USA, Europe, Australia, Canada and Japan. The company headquarters is based in Los Angeles, CA. Five Four attributes its unique brand aesthetic to the combination of modern design, detailing and use of sophisticated fabrics.

History
Five Four was founded in 2002 by 2 USC Alums Andreas and Dee. Their vision was to create a global brand that focused on elevating the image, profile and style of all of its customers. Ultimately, they want to raise the style and fashion bar for all American men.

When Andres and Dee were seniors at USC, they wanted to start a clothing line that symbolized their lifestyle and interests. Both Andres and Dee were raised in Los Angeles by immigrant parents. Five Four was created to personify their lifestyle - a multicultural upbringing in a modern world, pursuing success through risk and conquer.
After graduating USC in May 2002, Andres and Dee maxed out all of their credit cards, borrowed money from friends and family and took out last minute student loans to finance their first booth at the August 2002 MAGIC Show in Las Vegas. Five Four has grown from a line of 6 basic tees to a full collection of over 150 styles per season in just 5 years. Neither Andres nor Dee had any relatives or friends in the clothing business; they ventured into the industry with a dream and resolve to become a global lifestyle brand.

The company plans to expand its line to include socks, scarves, belts, underwear and sweaters in Fall 2009. 2010 will also see the launch of their women’s line.

Launched in 2007, the ONE FIVE FOUR campaign is an initiative created to bring awareness to the environment. Inspired by global warming and the deteriorating state of the environment, Five Four has implemented several programs as a brand to be more environmentally conscious. As part of its social responsibility, Five Four has rolled out the ONE FIVE FOUR campaign through all outlets of the media in an effort to encourage the entire community to join the cause.

Marketing
The company has launched its own CD, titled Five Four Sounds. The CD contains mood music comprised of beats inspired by the city. This is was also the theme for Five Four's Fall 2008 collection. The CD was produced by Jonathan Keyes and the music and direction by Andres Izquieta.

Five Four also designed a special commemorative NY Giants tie. The company produced 150 exclusive limited edition ties, made from 100% silk, each with its own serial number and presented in a special packaging.


Five Four Living showcases yet another area of design that the company has been engaged in. The company was involved in a project that restored a 1940s Victorian home to its classic exterior. Five Four undertook the interior design of the project, applying its modern and sophisticated design aesthetic. This Victorian home is located at USC where the 2 founders first met and attended university.
