Fatikchhari Coronation Government Model High School () is an old school in Bangladesh. It is situated at Fatikchhari Upazila in Chittagong District. It is also known as Boys School, and also known as Boro (Great) School. History Fatikchhari Coronation Model High School is a boys school located in Chittagong, most renowned school in Fatikchhari and one of the oldest school in Chittagong, Bangladesh was established in 1912. It offers S.S.C. program (both general and technical). It is not only a famous but also a historical institution. The school has a long historical background. However it is said that school was established in 1912, someone assume that school was truly established about 1880. It was named "Coronation High English School" based on "Coronation Ceremony-1911" of British Monarch, presently known as Fatikchhari Coronation Model High School. At that time, the same way & same name 2 schools was established in East Bengal. One is in Narayanganj and another is in Khulna. Someone assume that the founder of the school was Sub register Ahmed Ajhar who was from West Bengal... At the beginning, school building was located at the north-east side of Fatikchhari Court (at present there is an all-girls school, named Fatikchhari Girls Pilot High School). The school building was relocated at present position in 1917. Another academic building was built at 2014. Due to natural calamities and war many school documents have been destroyed. Fatikchhari College was started its class from the school hostel. Infrastructure The school is situated at area of 5.13 acres. It has a large playground, an administrative building, 4 academic buildings with 30 classrooms,a mosque, a science laboratory, a library and a Saheed Minar. Further, it has multimedia classrooms with computer lab. Students There are 1237 students in this school. Teachers Mohammad Rezaul Karim is the headmaster of the school.
