FarStone Technology, Inc. is an American computer software company. Founded in 1993, FarStone focuses on continuous data protection, disaster recovery, and storage management. Headquartered in Santa Barbara, CA, USA in 2008 with offices in Taiwan and China. Farstone designs, develops and markets its software and solutions to consumers, value-added resellers, distributors, service providers and branded Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) worldwide. FarStone retains more than 100 employees, the majority of whom are software developers and engineers, who have contributed to over 30 technology patents, awarded and pending. FarStone's current technology partners include Intel, Thecus Technology, Trend Micro, Mirus Innovations, Asus, D-Link, Howard Technologies, Seagate, InterVideo, NEC, SteelCloud, and Authentium. |
