Guoyu Software

Guoyu Software is a software company established in Zhuhai, China in 2009. It is a privately held enterprise dedicated to developing software solutions for , or known as ITIL V3 and ISO20000. The founder of the company is Albert He, he is also the Managing Director of the company to date. Mr Sinba Wang has been the Chief Software Architect since the company founded.
Company History
Back in April 2009, the company’s founder, Albert He developed a simple helpdesk with his partners by ASP and implemented it in Clarks China, after a while, he was fascinated by the feedbacks he got. On June 1, he founded Guoyu Software Technology Co., Ltd in Zhuhai, China. After a while, the company released the first professional Helpdesk software developed with ASP and got its first clients BMPT and GreatWe. 10 months later, the second product developed with Java - Ahoova was released and the company founded its sales center in Shanghai, China. The new product quickly got accepted by the market, companies such as Toyo Engineering, Seiko-Epson China, Camelot - AsiaLink have started using the software solution to improve the IT service management in their companies and the company decided to start entering the global market.

Ahoova
Ahoova is designed to help automate a company’s processes for IT services, including incident management, problem management, change management, CI/Asset management, knowledgebase, SLA, system settings. The solution is available in Standard and Professional editions. It is currently available in three languages (English, Chinese, Japanese).
A notable feature of the software is its Customizing Capability, it adapts the software to the enterprise’s current situation to ensure effective implementation.
Other features include Email integration, Projects, actions management tools, User Portal, task calendar, Role Definition, configuration scanning, IT technicians' workload assessment, end-users or customers retrospect recording, ITIL software package, Reminder and alert, , SSO supported, Multi-platform Capability, Reporting Tools.
Software Uses
The function of Guoyu’s products are, generally, to implement with Information Technology Infrastructure Library in order to improve IT services in enterprises. The software is used in a diverse number of industries: institutions and companies that use Ahoova programs include Chang’an University, Epson China, Toyo Engineering China, etc. The software has also been used by SAP Partners (for example, Camlot and Asialink Technologies).
