Fancyber (enthusiasticis on web), also known as (CY) fancyber is an online web and mobile social networking site based in Quezon City, Philippines, that enables its users to share and show their interests by posting status updates, uploading videos and pictures by taking pictures on mobile phones and sharing them on a variety of social networking platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter and other social media.
Fancyber can also use to communicate via web (desktop) and mobile. Users can send instant messages and chat privately or in a group, upload and share photos, post statuses anytime and finding more friends online. User who online on web (desktop) or mobile are both on the main website.
Fancyber on dekstop computers
Fancyber for desktop computer is the main feature of the whole website that launched on September 2, 2013. You can view all fancyber's features in desktop, except for the mobile app only features like maps and camera. Users who on desktop and accessing fancyber can use to upload and post more photos, videos and status. Easily to comment in News Feed that contents like photos, videos and status updates. And fancyber have also a (#) hashtag features for status updates and photos. On desktop can easily record a video messages and so many more.
Fancyber desktop view can also viewed on mobile based on mobile browser's application settings to look familiar on a whole website.
Fancyber on mobile devices
Fancyber for Mobile was released on December 13, 2013 for Android ; April 14, 2014 for iOS and November 16, 2014 for Windows Phone, with an February 6, 2015 update making the app available for BlackBerry browser.
In December 2013, the Fancyber app for Android in some continents (such as Asia, Americas, Europe and Australia) added the ability to use directly on mobile. Mobile have a feautes that desktop site doesn't have like maps and the camera. Maps can also use to see direction and track yourself in every sending messages, posting status and checking location, this can be enable by using a wireless connections on mobile. Camera can use to capture then upload directly to your fancyber account, only pictures are supported of this features, posting videos is only available on web (desktop).
On March 1, 2015, a native Fancyber app was released for iPad. It was specially designed for iPad rather than just running as an enlarged iPhone app. Fancyber for iPad features a multi-window interface showing a list of threads and the current conversation at the same time.
