Exempla Good Samaritan Medical Center

Good Samaritan Medical Center is a 234-bed hospital that provides the highest level of care to critically injured patients as the newest Level II Trauma Center in Boulder County. It is a certified Primary Stroke Center and an accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI. We welcome approximately 2,500 babies a year in our designated “Baby Friendly” Center for Childbirth and offer complementary therapies in our Center for Integrative Medicine.
History
Located in Lafayette, Colorado, Good Samaritan Medical Center opened its doors on December 1, 2004 to serve the growing northwest metropolitan area of Denver. As part of the Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth Health System family, which includes Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver and Lutheran Medical Center in Wheat Ridge, Good Samaritan Medical Center provides comprehensive medical care in a specially designed healing environment. The primary service area includes Boulder, Broomfield, Weld, and Adams Counties.
