Evan Ray Mitchell is a visual artist, musician, singer, songwriter, recording artist, venue performer, and street performer from South Central Illinois. He is most known for his ability to play more than one analog instrument at once. He has performed and recorded under the names "Evan Ray Mitchell", "Evan Mitchell One Man Band", "Evan McReagan", "The Lone Rooster", "Badger Patrol", "Billy Belligerent", and "Jacko Kill Kill". After receiving a legitimate Scottish Lordship title, he currently performs and records under the name "Stomping Lord Mitchell". He has released records independently, on Dirty Ugly Records, and on Squoodge Records. He has been featured in a variety of newspaper articles, online articles, television programs, as well as air wave and online radio programs. He was recently featured in the book "Head, Hands, and Feet" by author Dave Harris.
