Evan Falchuk (born November 19, 1969) is an attorney and American business executive. Falchuk formerly served as President and Vice Chairman of Best Doctors, Inc., a Massachusetts-based global health company founded by his father, Kenneth H. Falchuk. Prior to Best Doctors, Falchuk served as an SEC enforcement attorney with DC-based Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson. Falchuk has been a speaker at venues such as Northeastern University's Global Entrepreneur Week, Inc. Magazine’s Maximize Your Growth in the New Economy Conference, and the World Congress Executive Forum, and has been a frequent commentator in the media, discussing business growth, improving access to quality healthcare and the importance of accurate diagnoses. Falchuk was also asked to testify before the Michigan State Legislature in 2009 on that subject. Falchuk holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Lehigh University and his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Currently, Falchuk is a candidate in the 2014 Massachusetts Gubernatorial election, running as a candidate with the United Independent Party. Falchuk's brother is Brad Falchuk, co-creator of television's “Glee” and “American Horror Story.”
