ETSS (Electronic Time Sheet Software) is time tracking software, created by GHG Corporation. It is a part of a complete employee management suite that automates payroll, human resources, recruiting/staffing, and project accounting. The software is available as an ASP solution or installed software. ETSS allows for employees to login via a web browser and enter their labor or leave hours. In addition, employees can clock in or out using time clock devices or web clock included with the software. Company business rules are applied to the hours worked to ensure timesheets comply with federal, state, and company pay regulations. Supervisors are able to login via the browser and review, edit, and/or approve employee timesheets. Administrative or accounting personnel are then able to export the data to the payroll system for processing. In addition to timesheets, ETSS also provides leave management - accruals and usage; as well as, scheduling, recruiting and staffing, and human resources.
