Ethan Clerc

Ethan Clerc (born October 25, 1997) is a filmmaker from Windom, Minnesota. Clerc is best known for his three feature length films, Mousetrap, Mousetrap 2, and Sundog, as well as his YouTube channel, Jack 102597.
Early filmmaking on YouTube
Clerc began making short films on YouTube in 2010. Clerc's early experience with YouTube taught him the basics of script writing and video editing. He produced his first viral video not long after he started. In November 2011, Clerc released Angry Birds in Real Life on YouTube. Due to the popularity of the Angry Birds video game, Clerc utilized Autodesk Maya to add 3D animated birds to a live action video.
Production of feature length films
Between 2013 and 2016, Clerc produced three feature length films. He funded all three films using Kickstarter. He raised $655 for his first film, Mousetrap. The film premiered in November 2014. Clerc tripled his fundraising goal again and raised $5,600 via Kickstarter. Sundog premiered in January 2016
