Envox CT ADE – an IVR development tool providing utilities for controlling Dialogic hardware and software interfaces and speech products, such as speech recognition, text-to-speech, and speaker verification.
Envox CT Connect – standards-based Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) software that provides intelligent routing, screen pops, and monitoring functions for call center solutions.
Envox PhoneLink – a CTI application that provides screen pop, click to call, and conferencing capability for users of the Salesforce.com Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
History
The Envox Communications Development Platform (CDP) was originally launched in 1997.
In 2002, Envox Worldwide acquired Show N Tel software from Sonexis, Inc. Show N Tel is discontinued as a product line, but continues to be actively supported.
In 2005, Envox Worldwide acquired CT Connect (also known as Call Processing Software) and CT ADE products from Intel Corporation.
