They are best known for their Workflow and Customer Support solutions, which they deliver to businesses over the internet or intranet.

Origins
EnterpriseWizard was founded in 1991 by former IBM consultant Colin Earl as a company specializing in Business Process Management software. Major upgrades were released in January 2001 , October 2007 , December 2008 and October 2009

EnterpriseWizard Platform
EnterpriseWizard provides a Platform-as-a-Service offering that allows external developers to create add-on applications that integrate into the main EnterpriseWizard applications and are hosted on EnterpriseWizard's cloud computing infrastructure or the customer's infrastructure.
These applications are built using the browser GUI, with the ability to further extend the system using the languages of XML, JavaBeans, Perl or J2EE.

Customization
EnterpriseWizard users can customize the application by editing the fields in existing tables or creating custom tables using the browser. The manner in which the data behaves can be customized through workflows and business rules defined using the browser.

EnterpriseWizard is integrated with standard products and technologies such as Quickbooks Microsoft Outlook, WMI and LDAP. It offers Web Services, REST and Perl API's that enable integration with other systems.
Mobile support
In December 2010, EnterpriseWizard released a version of their application for subscribers with iphone, Android, Blackberry and Windows mobile devices.

Application and online help documentation are available in English, French, Dutch, Portuguese (Brazilian), Russian and Simplified Chinese.
