Enoch Muemba (born 18 June 1947) is a Zambian long-distance runner. He competed in the at the 1968 Summer Olympics. In early 1968, Muemba ran his marathon personal best of 2:41:57 hours. Muemba was one of the first three athletes to represent Zambia at the Summer Olympics, along with Godwin Kalimbwe and Douglas Zinkala also in the marathon. In the 1968 Olympic marathon, Mwemba ran 3:06:16 hours at altitude to place 56th. Muemba was reportedly exhausted at the end of the race, which was made more difficult as the sun had already began to set. Muemba was believed to be the last finisher of the race at first because John Stephen Akhwari was so far behind.
