Emmanuel George Cefai (born 12 March 1955 ) is a Maltese philosopher and poet. He has published philosophical articles in a local newspaper, that used to be issued several years ago. More recently several poems by Cefai were published in the site Poem Hunter.Com. Emmanuel George Cefai graduated Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta in 1977.
In his works Cefai too published a number of scientific papers on his own site (Weebly.com). In these papers Cefai asserted (1) that mortality can be eliminated and engineered - as in his paper Towards Immortality and (2) that there is a specific new methodology of discovery in science - as in his paper Discovery of New Methodologies of Scientific Principles and (3) that genes can be transformed without losing their ‘arcane status’ - as per the paper Transformation of Gene : Particlae q.v.
