Emma Hill

Emma Hill is a singer / songwriter living in Portland, Oregon. She currently has one album released, with her second album being released in March of 2009.
Biography
Emma first started playing music when she lived in bush Alaska. After she moved to Palmer to go to High School, Emma quickly became a well-known local artist. After she graduated, Emma sang with the group Blackbird Productions and started the folk duo Pennies and Patches. In 2006 Pennies and Patches took an indefinite break, and Emma moved to Portland and began writing solo material. In 2007 Emma recorded and released her first full length album “Just Me” on Kuskokwim records. She went on a national tour to promote her album. The album also reached #8 on the UAA radio station KRUA album charts. In 2008 Emma recorded her second album “Clumsy Seduction”, which is scheduled for release in March 2009 on Kuskokwim Records.
