Eli Tene is an American-Israeli community leader and businessman in Los Angeles.
He received his education at California State University, Northridge.
Since 1986, Tene had specialized in commercial joint ventures, foreclosures, residential and commercial real estate, financing and loss mitigation.
Tene gained notoriety in the industry when co-founding with long time friend and associate Gil Priel. Since the company's inception, the firm has focused on the fields of venture capital, short term financing, debt restructuring of real estate assets, and other real estate services.
Over the course of three decades Tene and Priel aggressively expanded Peak Financial Partners' services throughout the United States through acquisitions and new business development. PFP now manages 11 subsidiaries: Peak Capital Group, Peak Finance Company, Escrow of the West, I Short Sale Inc., Asset Foreclosure Services, Panorex Realty, Accommodator Finance Company, Panorex Commercial, Property Tax Masters, Strategic Asset Solutions, and Bridgelock Capital.
Tene is the acting Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of the , a non profit organization that fortifies a long lasting relationship between Israeli-Americans in Los Angeles and the State of Israel through the shaping of an active and involved Israeli-Jewish-American community. His long time philanthropic activity involved organizations such as Bnei Brith-Shalom Unit and From LA with Love.
