Eisa Ali is a British journalist. He was born in London & was educated at John Lyon School in Harrow, before graduating from UWE, Bristol with a BA in Marketing in 2009. His father is Iraqi & his mother is Iranian. Journalism He currently works for Press TV where he is one of the correspondents on the London desk. He previously presented & co-scripted a 6-part documentary tracking UK-Iranian relations called Labyrinth. Ali was one of the first British Journalists to report on the trend of young Sunni Muslim men travelling to Syria to join Al Qaeda, receiving exclusive footage of some of those men who later died in Syria. He previously worked at Ahlulbayt TV where he hosted a political talk-show called Eyewitness and also hosted a live talk-show with Sayed Ammar Nakshawani. Public Speaking Ali is also a public speaker. He has delivered talks at some of the UK's leading universities, including King's college London and Cambridge University, as well as lecturing at Mosques & youth centers across the country.
