Edward Delling-Williams

Edward Delling-Williams is a  British chef, restaurateur, television presenter, and writer. Currently residing in Normandy, he founded The Presbytere restaurant in 2022, which was recognised with a Bib Gourmand Award in 2023 and in 2024. Delling-Williams' work with was awarded a Daytime Emmy nomination in 2021.
Career
Delling-Williams began his chef career in pub in Somerset, England. Delling-Williams then moved to London in 2010, where he worked at St John’s Restaurant. He then moved to Paris in 2012 and worked at the Au Passage for three years.
He co-founded Le Grande Bain in Paris (2017), along with its sister bakery company, Le Petite Grain.
Delling-Williams combined Normandy cuisine with the Sunday roasts of his work in Somerset, and created The Presbytere (2023), a restaurant located near the coast in Heugueville-sur-Sienne.
