Eagle Video Productions Inc

Eagle Video Productions Inc is a video production and video editing company located in Raleigh, North Carolina that creates marketing and training DVDs for corporate, business and broadcast clients. Eagle Video was founded in 1991 by Bruce Wittman.
Eagle Video has added to the history of American television by field-producing the first HDTV broadcasts by a local U.S. television station. When WRAL-TV, a television station located in Raleigh, North Carolina, was pioneering HDTV back in 1996, they asked Eagle Video to help field-produce the first HDTV events, which included a Durham Bulls baseball game in Durham, North Carolina and an outdoor symphony concert. Because HDTV was in its infancy, WRAL-TV had to utilize the NHK Japanese broadcasting company's MUSE television HDTV truck that had just finished recording the Olympic games in Atlanta, Georgia. This analog HDTV truck used a converted D5 video tape machine to record the HDTV images.
