DWPJ (95.1 FM) broadcasting as 95.1 GB Radio, is a radio station in Sorsogon City, Phillipines. It is owned and operated by Good Boy Media Network, through its licensee L&Y Broadcasting Corporation. Its studios and transmitter are located at Sorsogon City. It operates daily from 5:00 AM to 12:30 AM.
History
2020-2021: Radio Night
On August 25, 2020, at 6:00 AM, DWCY was established on Lewis & Yoy Broadcasting Network (now L&Y Broadcasting Corporation; licensee)-owned 93.5 FM. The station called Radio Night, it airs a Contemporary MOR format.
On August 25, 2021, After 1 year of radio broadcasting, Radio Night went off the air at 12:00 AM for many days to give a new frequency compared to old frequency.
2021-present: GB Radio
On August 25, 2021, at 5:00 AM, Radio Night rebranded as GB Radio (as Good Boy Radio), it took over Good Boy Media Network-owned 99.1 MHz (now 95.1 MHz).
In September 2021, DWCY changed its new frequency 92.7 MHz, from the former temporary 99.1 MHz.
On June 14, 2022, at 11:00 PM, DWCY went off the air for one day to give a new frequency to make a better new Radio frequency.
On June 15, 2022, at 6:00 AM, Good Boy Media Network changed its new callsign from DWCY to DWPJ. Meanwhile, GB Radio changed its new frequency to 95.1 MHz, from its former 92.7 MHz.
On October 5, 2022, GB Radio was decreased its power from 5,000 watts to 3,000 watts.
