Dwayne Samuels (born 11 November 1990 in Wolverhampton, England) is an English professional footballer who plays as a right back for Grimsby Town. Career Samuels started his career for West Bromwich Albion progressing through the clubs youth ranks notably under such coaches as Michael Appleton. In the summer of 2010, Baggies manager Roberto Di Matteo released Samuels and he subsequently joined Grimsby Town on trial. After impressing Mariners boss Neil Woods in several pre-season friendlies he was offered a contract despite the club already having three other players contracted who play in the same position, Peter Bore, Robbie Stockdale and Bradley Wood. Samuels made his debut on 21 August 2010 against Hayes & Yeading.
