Ducky Wucky

Ducky Wucky Pool Bingo -is a new concept in board game playing, it combines aspects of a board game, the outcome of which is dictated by chance like bingo and an activity game requiring participants to swim and dive for the called letter number combinations .

An application to the United States Patent and Trademark Office for copyrights was filed on June 26 2008 and is pending, there is an eight month delay in processing due to the volume of applications made to this office. It has been registered and as such when the certificate is issued it will be effective as of the date of receipt at the US Patent office.

The game has been listed on E-Bay for several months with good reviews, applications to major publishers to obtain wider distribution of the game have been made.

The manufacturer ERC is a small publisher of games, other products include Glow in the Dark Ducky Wucky, Theme based Ducky Wucky and a new game "Me Lucky Leprecon" requiring the use of a compass to teach children the basics of direction using the ordinates and coordinates to determine direction.
The game is also suitable for the use of GPS electronic locators.
