Dr Rahmat Ali Wagan (9 September 1970) MBBS, FCPS, and psychitarist is a current head of Psychiatry Department at Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Medical University Larkana, and most senior doctor in Psychiatry Department, born in Larkana and got early education from his native place , his keen interest in Medical field, which motivated him to get higher education in his respective field, so he joined Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Medical University Larkana, where he obtained MBBS degree. Further, he selected Psychiatry for higher studies. He is industrious and well known in his field.
