Dr. PaJi is a DC Comics comic book character who plays a supporting role in the Batman titles. Biography First appearing in Batman Vol 2 25 in 2013 ("Dark City", part of the "Zero Year" arc), Dr. PaJi was a "speculative botanist" for Wayne Enterprises, and was victim to a fatal injection of something that appears to cause bones to grow unnaturally, like vines. There was only one witness: Pamela Isley (Poison Ivy), a research assistant of his. She claims to have seen someone she didn't recognize enter the building with a valid pass before the body was found. She had said the man looked skeletal. Powers and abilities Dr. PaJi was skilled in the science of botany and was otherwise a normal adult human male. However, after having been injected with a serum (presumably meant to give him some sort of plant-related powers), he was killed and his body grew unnaturally, very much like how a plant would.
