"The Secret of the Cheetah" is a comic book story arc created by DC Comics and published in their Justice League title. The arc focuses on the relationship between Wonder Woman and Cheetah, a pretext that some critics found disappointing in while others found interesting. The arc is followed by "Throne of Atlantis" as part of the lead up to the "Trinity War" event. Story Characters * Cheetah Development Written by Geoff Johns, the arc centers on the introduction of Cheetah, a character that has a history with Wonder Woman. Unlike other comics which build on large premises, like Wonder Woman's origin with the Amazons, the arc uses a simpler pretext of the relationship between Wonder Woman and Cheetah to drive the story. IGN's Joshua Yehl disagreed with this sentiment and rated the issue an 8.4/10: "Who would have thought Cheetah would be a more interesting villain than Darkseid?" CBR's Greg McElhatton rated Justice League #14 3/5 stars, saying, "The main feature has its issues but also its strengths, and the back-up is solid the whole way through." See Also
