Dorothy Mimiko-Kesenga is a lawyer and civil servant from Papua New Guinea. She is Deputy Secretary of the Papua New Guinea Constitutional and Law Reform Commission, and has also served as the Commission's Acting Secretary. Biography Mimiko-Kesenga completed a law degree at the University of Papua New Guinea and a masters degree in international law at the , Australia. She started her career in 2003, as a legal officer at the Department of Justice and Attorney General. In 2009 she moved to the Constitutional & Law Reform Commission. In 2018 she was appointed Deputy Secretary of the Commission.
