DJ Jonty

Jonathan Terrance Hardin, better known as Jonty or DJ Jonty, is a Producer, Remixer, Live Performer, DJ Battle Champion, and DJ. He is best known for his work with in the genres of Baltimore Club and Brick City club
Biography
Jonty grew up in a neighborhood in Neptune, NJ living with his mother and two sisters. He began working under the stage name DJ Jonty while attending Neptune High School Jonty experienced local success in late 2009 with his remixes and original tracks based on Baltimore Club and Brick City club styled production with tracks like "Make it Clap", "Dump It", "Wook it", "Rude Boy", "Invented Sex", and "Drop That Ass" and ect. He is also the official DJ for R&B artist Sincere. Jonty began to get nationwide and some international attention in college. After his tracks where featured on Blogs, and played by radio DJs.
Receiving Attention
His first year attending college at Virginia Union University he refused to give out his produced tracks in fear of being exploited but soon changed his mind and began to pass out his tracks to local DJs in his college city of Richmond, Virginia and surrounding areas. Later on his tracks where featured on multiple online blogs and seen in popular DJs mixes and mixtapes. Then as a result became noticed by receiving minimal radio play in late night mix sets on the local radio stations and doing club music sections in clubs and DJing house, college, and club parties. He also went on to win his college's DJ Battle and then over the summer of 2010 released the free mixtape The Mini-Album. Which contained a selection of his favorite tracks.

Jonty developed a way to perform his tracks and music live using the Production Program FL Studio
One of his tracks where in Brenmar's Mix CD which was featured on Xlr8r Magazine's website.
