Divinity Angels of Rock is an American rock band from New York City, New York. They were active from 1995 until 2007. The band released four albums in their many years together. They signed onto the record label The Orchard in 1998, and released their debut studio album "Life" the following year. They released two other albums under that label. History Formation/album releases (1995-2006) Frank Calvacca (Frankie Dee), Brian Fingerhut, and Billy Dee formed the band Divinity Angels of Rock in 1995. Frankie Dee was the lead vocalist, Brian Fingerhut was the lead guitarist, and Billy Dee played drums. In the early-mid 1990s, Frankie Dee began writing his own songs and soon began playing them with the band. In 1998, three years after the band commenced, they signed a record deal with The Orchard. Frankie kept on producing songs for the band throughout it's entirety. They released three albums under The Orchard. Life (1999), Arc Angels (2000), and Divinity Angels of Rock (2005). The band was also used as an opening act at different Stryper concerts. Frankie Dee is also good friends with bassist Mark Mendoza of Twisted Sister. Break-up (2007) The band broke up sometime in early 2007. Shortly after, Frankie Dee, the leading band member started his own radio show by August of that year called The Real Radio Show.
