Disappearance of Garrett Bardsley

Garrett Bardsley (born 24 July 1992) disappeared from the Cuberant Lake in the Uinta Mountains of Utah at about 8 a.m. on 20 August 2004 when he was 12 years old. On that day, he was fishing with his father when his feet got wet so he started to walk back to the campsite to change his shoes. He never arrived at the campsite. He was last seen wearing red sweatpants, a T-shirt, a black hooded sweatshirt, and Converse tennis shoes. It was theorized that he may have stumbled or taken shelter. A memorial was held in November 2004. The Garrett Bardsley Foundation The Garrett Bardsley Foundation was set up by Bardsley's father. |
